Have you ever had a season where life just felt… stale? Nothing’s terribly wrong, but everything feels flat. I’ve been there too, and what I’ve learned is this: you don’t need to wait for some big change to feel alive again. Sometimes the smallest spark can bring everything back into focus.
For me lately, that’s looked like starting French classes — which, honestly, terrify me — picking up my watercolour paints again, and slowing down to cook more at home. Each of these things, in their own way, is new, creative, and a little bit scary. And that’s the beauty of it: those tiny choices create momentum. They remind us that we’re capable of growth, joy, and courage in everyday life.
In this week’s episode, I share what it means to find the spark within and how you can reset your energy by doing something new, something creative, something that scares you — and most importantly, by simply starting.
